A free monthly letter from Careers Ninza, written by the people who screen CVs, run interviews and hire from our cohorts. Each edition covers one hiring observation, one skill in demand in Indian companies, and one note for HR and L&D readers.

Why WhatsApp instead of email?

Because it is where our readers actually are, and because WhatsApp messages get read while marketing emails mostly do not. It also means no signup form, no spam folder and no password to remember. Every edition is also published on this page permanently, so you can read the archive without subscribing at all.

How often will you message me?

Once a month, when a new edition publishes. That is the entire commitment — no daily tips, no course promotions, no forwarded offers. If we break that promise, unsubscribing is the correct response.

Will my number be shared or sold?

No. Your number is used to send you this newsletter and nothing else. We do not sell contact lists, share them with other training providers, or pass them to advertisers. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what we hold and for how long.

Is it just marketing for your courses?

There is one course link at the end of each edition and nothing in the body. If an edition does not help you regardless of whether you ever enrol, we have written it badly — that is the standard we hold it to.

Careers Ninza faculty and our placement team — practising analysts, engineers, marketers and HR professionals who do the work they write about. No editions are AI-generated, and every one carries a named author with their current role.

Yes, and there is no placement or recruitment fee. Every profile we send comes with the candidate’s reviewed capstone project so you can judge the work rather than the CV. Candidate details are shared only with their consent, for a specific role.
