The terms on which you use this website and enrol in our courses. Please read them before paying.

1. Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and Ninza Career Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By using careersninza.com or enrolling in any Careers Ninza course, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or enrol.
2. Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation and the first payment is received. A completed enquiry form or WhatsApp message is not an enrolment.
Batch sizes are capped. Seats are allocated in the order enrolments are confirmed.
We may decline an enrolment where a course is not a suitable fit, and will say so rather than take the fee.
Course content, schedule, mentor assignment and delivery mode may be reasonably adjusted. Material changes are notified in advance.
3. Fees, EMI and taxes
Fees are as published on the relevant course page or as confirmed to you in writing, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
No-Cost EMI means equal instalments with no interest and no processing charge added by us. There is no third-party lender and no credit application.
The first instalment falls due at enrolment, before the first session. Subsequent instalments fall due on the same date each month.
If you expect to miss an instalment, contact us before the due date. We do not levy late fees, and we will not suspend access without contacting you first.
Fees are non-refundable; see our Refund Policy for the transfer and deferral options offered instead.
4. Course access and your account
Access is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials, session links or recordings.
Recordings, notes and materials are provided for your own learning. Recording, downloading, redistributing or reselling them is prohibited.
You may rejoin a future batch of the same course free of charge if you fall behind, subject to seat availability.
5. Conduct
We ask for basic professional conduct in live sessions and batch channels. We may suspend or remove a participant, without refund, for:
harassment, abuse or discriminatory behaviour towards students, mentors or staff;
sharing paid content or credentials outside the batch;
misrepresenting identity or credentials, including in placement support;
deliberate disruption of live sessions.
6. Certification
Certificates are issued on completion of assessments and acceptance of the capstone project by a mentor, and are not issued for attendance alone. Our certificates are industry certificates issued by Ninza Career Solutions Pvt. Ltd. They are not government-accredited qualifications, degrees or diplomas, and we make no such claim.
7. Placement support
Placement support is described on our Placement Support page and is included in long-term programs. It is assistance, not a guarantee. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, a salary level or a placement timeline, and no statement by any representative should be understood as such a guarantee.
8. Intellectual property
All course materials, curriculum, recordings, assessments, brand names and the content of this site are owned by Ninza Career Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You retain ownership of the project work you create, and grant us permission to reference it for assessment, certification and, with your separate consent, promotion.
9. Third-party tools and exams
Courses reference third-party tools and platforms governed by their own terms. Vendor certification exams are issued, administered and charged for by those vendors. We prepare you for such exams but do not issue, resell or guarantee their outcome.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Training outcomes depend on your own effort, prior background and the state of the job market. We provide the service described with reasonable care and skill, and make no warranty of any specific career or business result.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or a course is limited to the fees you have paid for that course, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of profit, earnings or opportunity.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to the grievance process on our Grievance Redressal page being attempted first.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms. The revision date above reflects the current version. Amendments do not retrospectively change the fee or scope of a course you have already enrolled in.
