If something has gone wrong, here is exactly who to contact.
A named officer, a three-level escalation path, and published timelines. No ticket portal that swallows complaints.

1. What this page is for
Any complaint about teaching quality, a mentor, a batch schedule, fees or refunds, placement support, data handling, advertising, or the conduct of a Careers Ninza representative or partner. It applies to students, parents, institutional partners and hiring partners alike.
2. Before you escalate
If the issue is about your batch — a missed session, a mentor you cannot follow, a recording that has not appeared — message your programme coordinator first. Most of these are fixed the same day and do not need a formal complaint. If that route has not worked, or the issue is more serious, use the process below.
3. How to raise a grievance
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Grievance”, and include:
your full name and registered phone number;
the course and batch, or the nature of your relationship with us;
what happened, with dates;
what you have already tried;
what outcome you are asking for.
You may also call +91 90888 39993 and ask for the Grievance Officer. Telephone complaints are logged in writing and you receive a written acknowledgement.
4. The three levels
Level 1 — Programme coordinator. Most complaints are resolved here within 7 working days. You get a written outcome, not a verbal assurance.
Level 2 — Grievance Officer. If Level 1 has not resolved it, or the complaint concerns conduct, data or money, it goes to the Grievance Officer, who responds within 15 working days.
Level 3 — Director. Unresolved matters are reviewed by a director of Ninza Career Solutions Pvt. Ltd. within 30 working days. This decision is our final internal position and is issued in writing with reasons.
5. What you can expect from us
An acknowledgement within 2 working days, naming who is handling it.
A written outcome with reasons, not a closed ticket.
No effect on your course access or placement support because you complained.
Where we were wrong, we say so and put it right — including refunds outside our standard policy where the fault was ours.
6. What we cannot resolve
To be straightforward about the limits:
We cannot compel an employer to interview or hire you.
We cannot change a vendor certification exam result.
We cannot refund fees, since they are non-refundable — but we will always offer a transfer or deferral.
We cannot act on anonymous complaints beyond investigating internally, since we cannot report an outcome to anyone.
7. Complaints about partners
If a sales partner, agent, college or corporate contact misrepresented us, tell us with evidence. Partners are contractually bound by our positioning rules, including the prohibition on guaranteeing jobs, and we have terminated partnerships for breaching them.
8. Data protection grievances
Complaints about how your personal data has been collected, used or shared are handled by the Grievance Officer within 30 calendar days, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection law.
9. External escalation
Nothing here limits your statutory rights. If our final internal decision does not satisfy you, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline or the appropriate consumer forum in India, or the relevant data protection authority for data complaints. We will provide the correspondence record you need to do so.
10. Records
All grievances are logged with dates, handler and outcome, and reviewed quarterly by management to identify recurring problems. Where a complaint reveals a process failure, the fix is applied across all batches rather than only to the complainant.
