About this course

Most coding courses for children stop at coloured blocks moving a cartoon across a screen. Children enjoy it, learn very little that transfers, and arrive at college having to start again.

This course teaches Python properly: the grammar of the language, control flow, data structures, functions and recursion, then object-oriented programming with classes, inheritance, overloading and exception handling. After that, web fundamentals in HTML and CSS, and data handling in SQL.

It is genuinely the same material a first-year computer science student meets, paced for a school child and taught live so nobody is left behind. A child who finishes this can write and read real programs.

Parent questions

What is the fee for Coding for Kids?+

The Coding for Kids course is ₹15,000 for the full six months, or No-Cost EMI of ₹3,000 × 6 with no interest and no processing charge. That covers all live sessions, recordings for revision, assessments and the project work. There is no registration or material fee.

How much time does this take each week?+

Three live sessions a week over six months, scheduled after school hours or at weekends so it never clashes with school. Every session is recorded, so a missed class can be caught up before the next one.

Is Python too advanced for a child?+

No. Python was designed to be readable, which is why universities and schools worldwide teach it first. Class 6 upward manages it comfortably when taught live and paced properly.

My child has done Scratch. Is this a repeat?+

No, it is the step after. Scratch teaches sequencing and logic visually; this teaches a language a professional actually uses.

Does my child need to be good at maths?+

Basic school maths is enough. Programming needs logical patience far more than mathematical ability, which surprises most parents.

What will my child have built by the end?+

Several working Python programs, a web page in HTML and CSS, and a set of SQL queries against a real database.

Is a computer required?+

Yes, necessarily. Programming cannot be learnt without a machine to program on.

Which course should come first?+

Critical Thinking and Reasoning helps enormously, because algorithms and flowcharts are taught there. Computer Applications is also useful. Neither is compulsory.

Can my child try a class before we pay?+
