Careers Ninza is the flagship brand of Ninza Career Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We train people to run businesses, read numbers and put technology to work — taught by people who do those things for a living.
What we do
Nineteen programs, one delivery model.
We run live, mentor-led programs in business, management, marketing, analytics, AI and cloud. Nineteen of them, from ten-hour workshops to six-month programs, all taught in real time by practitioners rather than played from a video library.
Every program is built around one piece of real work. You scope it in the first fortnight, build it through every module, and defend it in a review at the end. That project, not the certificate, is what gets discussed in your next interview.
Alongside the public batches we train corporate teams, partner with colleges and schools, and run Ninza Kids for school students. The teaching model is the same in each case: live, small, project-led, taught by someone currently doing the job.

Live teaching is worth its cost
Self-paced video is cheaper to produce and almost nobody finishes it. We have never launched a recorded-only tier, because removing the live class removes the reason the course works.
Practitioners over professional trainers
Our mentors are working analysts, engineers, marketers and founders. It makes scheduling harder and the teaching better, because the examples are from last quarter rather than a textbook.
Honest claims, even when they cost enrolments
No job guarantees, no invented placement percentages, no implied accreditation. Every claim on this site is one we can substantiate.
Fees that a working person can carry
