1. Where we advertise

We run paid advertising on Google Search and YouTube, Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn. We also work with education aggregators and channel partners who promote our courses under agreement.

2. Why you are seeing our ad

Search intent. You searched for a course, skill or training term we bid on.

Interest targeting. The platform believes you are interested in professional education, based on its own profile of you, built from your activity on that platform.

Retargeting. You visited careersninza.com, so our pixel added you to an audience and you now see reminders. These audiences expire, typically within 30 to 180 days.

Lookalike audiences. The platform has identified you as similar to people who enquired with us. We supply no personal data for this; the platform does the modelling.

Exclusion. If you have enrolled, we usually exclude you from acquisition ads. If you are still seeing them after enrolling, tell us and we will fix the audience.

3. What our ads will and will not say

We hold our advertising to the same standard as this website:

We will state real fees, real durations and real inclusions.

We will not claim guaranteed jobs, guaranteed salaries or guaranteed placement percentages.

We will not imply government accreditation or affiliation we do not have.

We will not use fabricated testimonials, invented salary screenshots or stock photographs presented as our own students.

We will not use countdown timers or fake scarcity. Where we say seats are limited, they are, because batch sizes are capped.

If you have seen an ad in our name that breaches any of this, send it to us. If a partner ran it, we act on the partnership.

4. What advertising platforms receive

When you visit the site with advertising cookies enabled, our pixels tell Google and Meta that a browser visited certain pages and, if you submit an enquiry, that a conversion occurred. We do not send your name, phone number or email to advertising platforms for targeting. Where we run offline conversion imports to measure which ads produced enrolments, identifiers are hashed before transmission.

5. How to stop seeing personalised ads

Refuse advertising cookies in our cookie banner, or clear cookies for careersninza.com.

On Facebook or Instagram, use the ad’s menu to select “Hide ad” or “Why am I seeing this?” and adjust your ad preferences.

In Google account settings, turn off Ad Personalisation.

On LinkedIn, adjust advertising preferences in account settings.

Blocking ad personalisation may mean you still see our ads, but chosen without reference to your activity.

6. Advertising to children

We do not run behaviourally targeted advertising at children. Ninza Kids advertising is directed at parents and guardians.

7. Questions and complaints

Email [email protected] with a screenshot of the ad and where you saw it. Advertising complaints are handled through the same process as any other grievance.
