1. Who we are
This policy is issued by Ninza Career Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Careers Ninza”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India with its principal place of business in Kolkata, West Bengal. It applies to careersninza.com, its subdomains, and any enquiry you send us through the site, WhatsApp, phone or email.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry, deliver a course, or meet a legal obligation.
Information you give us: name, phone number, email address, city, current role or organisation, your stated goal and timeline, and anything you write in an enquiry message or form.
Enrolment information: billing name and address, payment records, instalment schedule, and GST details where you require an invoice.
Course information: attendance, assessment results, project submissions, mentor feedback and certificate records.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring source, collected through analytics as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 except through Ninza Kids, where enrolment is made by a parent or guardian who provides the child’s details.
3. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and send you the syllabus, fees, batch dates and joining details you asked for.
To deliver the course you enrolled in, including access to sessions, recordings, assessments and certification.
To process payments and instalments, and to issue invoices and receipts.
To provide placement support, and — only with your specific consent for a specific role — to share your profile with a hiring partner.
To send service messages about your batch, and marketing messages about courses and masterclasses, which you can stop at any time.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to defend or bring legal claims where necessary.
4. Legal basis and consent
Where you submit an enquiry or enrol, we process your data to perform the service you have asked for. Where we send marketing communications, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by replying STOP to a WhatsApp message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your course access.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share candidate databases.
Service providers: payment gateways, cloud hosting, email and messaging platforms, video conferencing and analytics providers, each processing data on our instructions.
Hiring partners: only with your explicit consent, for an identified role.
Institutional partners: where you enrolled through your college or employer, we report attendance and assessment outcomes to that institution, as disclosed at enrolment.
Authorities: where we are legally required to disclose information.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Student records, including certification and payment records, are retained for as long as required for certificate verification and by tax and company law. Analytics data is retained per the provider’s standard periods as described in our Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable Indian law, you may ask us to:
confirm what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy;
correct data that is inaccurate or out of date;
delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
stop sending you marketing communications;
withdraw a consent you previously gave, including consent to share your profile with hiring partners.
Email [email protected] with your request. We respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity first.
8. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, and restricted internal permissions so that staff see only the data their role requires. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
9. International transfers
Some service providers process data outside India. Where that happens we require contractual protections consistent with Indian law before data is transferred.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified by email or on this page before they take effect.
11. Grievance officer
For any complaint about how your data has been handled, contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected] or +91 90888 39993, or see our Grievance Redressal page for the full escalation process and response timelines.
