Why hire from a training partner

We are not a recruitment agency and do not price like one.

The hardest thing to establish in an interview is whether someone can actually do the job. A degree does not tell you, and a certificate barely helps. A project someone built, defended and had criticised does.

That is what we send you. Alongside the CV comes the capstone: the campaign they ran, the dashboard they shipped, the model they deployed, the architecture they justified — plus the mentor’s written review of it.

We charge nothing for this. Our incentive is that students get hired and employers keep telling us what the curriculum is missing.

Directly, on your own process. We can host a drive for a graduating cohort or send profiles on a rolling basis.

No fee at any point. We ask only for feedback on why candidates did or did not clear, which feeds back into the curriculum.

Is there a cost to hire from Careers Ninza?+

No. We do not charge placement or recruitment fees. The value to us is that our students get hired and our courses stay relevant; the value to you is a pre-screened shortlist.

How are candidates screened before we see them?+

Every candidate has completed a program, cleared assessments and had a capstone project reviewed by a practitioner mentor. We send the project alongside the CV so you can judge the work directly.

What roles can you fill?+

Analytics and BI, data science and ML, cloud and DevOps, AI and LLM engineering, performance marketing and growth, ecommerce operations, and business or founder-office roles.

Can we run a campus-style drive with your cohorts?+

Yes. We can arrange a dedicated hiring drive for a graduating cohort, including a pre-placement talk, or share profiles on a rolling basis.

Can you train candidates to our specific stack?+

Yes, and it is often the better arrangement. We can run a closed cohort trained on your tools and processes, with hiring at the end. That is handled through our corporate training team.

How do we get candidate details?+

Only with the candidate’s consent, for a specific role. We do not sell or circulate candidate databases.
